NORWAY CAMPERS – PRICE LIST AND DEPOSIT POLICY

1. Deposits and Insurance Tiers

A deposit is required upon pickup and is based on the selected insurance tier. An additional 1,000 NOK travel deposit is applied to all bookings (to cover potential ferry, toll, and unpaid parking charges).

The main deposit is held as a security to cover any damage that may occur to the vehicle during the rental period.

Note:

  • Deposits are generally released within 10 business days following vehicle return, provided no additional charges apply.
  • In the case of damages or pending insurance claims, processing may take longer.
  • The travel deposit is a separate amount covering ferry, toll, or parking deductions if needed.
  • *Referring bookings made before 18.December.2025 : Basic = Basic CV ;  Silver = Plus CV ; Gold = no equivalent however the deposit will be 10,000NOK + 1,000NOK ; Premium = Max CV ; Young driver insurance = Young driver insurance CV . 

2. Administrative and Service Fees

The following service and administrative charges may apply during or after the rental period, depending on specific circumstances or services used. All prices are in NOK and subject to 25% VAT where applicable.

3. Damage and Cleaning Fees

These standardized fees ensure transparency and fairness in the event of damage or exceptional cleaning needs. They cover the most common repair scenarios for both Camper Vans and RVs.

Any item not listed below will be priced according to workshop quotation, market references, or insurance evaluation. Labour time is charged separately (1,280 NOK / hour).

4. General Notes

  • Labour for repairs or inspection is billed separately at 1,280 NOK / hour.
  • All costs listed above may be deducted from the driver’s deposit or charged separately.
  • If any scratch is deep enough to expose metal, it is automatically classified as a large scratch.
  • Damage not explicitly listed here will be evaluated based on external repair quotations or comparable cases.
  • These fees apply to both Camper Vans and RVs, unless otherwise specified.

This price list is designed to ensure transparency, predictability, and fairness in the handling of deposits, damage costs, and service fees during the rental process. It also helps avoid misunderstandings and speeds up insurance or repair settlements.

All customers are encouraged to document the vehicle’s condition with photos at pickup and return to avoid disputes.
